2-Tanomah hotel
Lies in Tanomah Governorate, the southern area of Abha city. The project stands on 2,400 sqm, it is comprised from 4 floors in addition to a mezzanine, a basement, and 98 hotel rooms.
3-Burger King restaurants project (Mecca)
Lies in Mecca region on an area of 643 sqm.
4-Burger King restaurants project (Ahsaa)
Lies in Ahsaa governorate on an area of 1204 sqm.

1-Wyndham Garden hotel (exit no. 10)
Stands by exit no. 10, eastern ring road. It’s one of the company’s new projects with a total area of 8,128 sqm. The project is comprised from 6 floors, a mezzanine, a basement, and 198 hotel rooms varying between royal suites, duplexes, and standard rooms. The hotel includes also swimming pool, spa, and hall for holding ceremonies and meetings.
2-Third phase of the employees residence complex
The project is located in First Al Madaen Industrial which lies by exit no.18, eastern ring road. The project is about constructing 5 residential and commercial buildings, each building is comprised from 2 floors, an extension, ground retail shops with a total area of 4847 sqm, and a total building area of 5290 sqm.
